Ms. Nicole Eger joined Matrix in 2023 serving as the company’s Contracts Manager bringing on board her 30 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, market and economic research, and public procurement/contracting. From 2010 - 2023, she supported more than $35B in procurements and contracting efforts for Federal and State agencies. Her most challenging period was drafting original contracts to address the unique challenges introduce by the COVID pandemic for a State Department of Health and Human Services.

She received her B.S. in Public Finance from Indiana University, Bloomington, School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) in 1993 and at the same time earned a Certificate of Business Studies concentration from IU’s Kelley School of Business. In 2023, she earned her competency-based certification as a Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP) from the National Institute of Government Purchasing.
