Dr. LeRoy Gorham joined Matrix Research in 2016 after serving for 11 years in Civilian Service with the Air Force, where he served as a researcher, program manager, and Branch-level Chief Engineer. Prior to employment with the Air Force, Roy worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Mission Research where he worked on advanced radar applications.

At Matrix, Roy is a Principal Investigator/Program Manager on projects for the Air Force and DARPA. Roy received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University in 2015 where he researched advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar algorithms under his advisor Dr. Brian Rigling.
