Bryan Cepluch

Security Group Lead

Mr. Bryan Cepluch brings over 30 years of security expertise in both Civilian Service and military roles, joining Matrix Research in 2024. Bryan has held numerous leadership positions within the U.S. Air Force. His experience spans from serving as a Security Manager with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) to Program GSSO and Industrial Security Branch Chief with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) System Technology Office. Most recently, he served as Chief of Security for the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), overseeing critical security operations for this high-profile program.

Bryan’s military career extends over three decades, culminating in his role as Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve. As the Superintendent of the 445th Mission Support Group, he was responsible for the readiness, training, and leadership of over 600 personnel across multiple squadrons, ensuring mission success and operational excellence.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University and has been recognized with numerous awards for his service, including multiple Meritorious Service and Air Force Commendation Medals.
